Sit at the Broken Grand Piano, try playing the Merge Mansion Main Theme, and eventually, you will find the Metronome.

You need the Metronome to fill the Broken Grand Piano Level 1 in order to start playing it correctly (and get clean notes), as well as to merge it up to "Playing the Working Grand Piano" Level 2 and "Playing the Restored Grand Piano" Level 3.
