The short answer is no!

You can make Wooden Planks by using the Recycled Wood Producer. To get Recycled Wood, you need to empty the ‘A Piece of Debris’ Level 1 producer from all of its nails. At this point, ‘A Piece of Debris’ decays into Charred Wood. Filling Charred Wood with two Knives and an Axe activates it, and tapping on it while active produces Recycled Wood.

Next, you need to activate Recycled Wood and you can do that by filling it with Selection of Saws level 11. Once it is activated, tapping on it will produce Thick Planks Level 1.
