Maddie and Ursula meet at the estate. Maddie has never seen the place and wonders why Ursula has kept it a secret. Ursula explains that Maddie needs to restore the estate or the city council will condemn it and tear it down. Maddie starts repairing the estate and meets Roddy, the local architect, who offers to help.

 

Maddie finds the statue and Grandma tells her about Ignatius Boulton and the family fortune.
