Events are activated as you progress in Merge Mansion. The further you get in the game, the closer you’ll be to reaching them! Most events are unlocked after reaching level 12. After unlocking the latest areas of the Mansion, players gain access to Boulton Leagues, a special end-game event.

 

You can find the events in your Task List and as icons on the map.
