You may have seen the error 1312 when opening Merge Mansion. To fix it, update your game manually via your application store. Once updated, if your account has changed to a new one, follow these steps to access your usual account:
- Go to Player Profile (the button at the top right, or top left corner, depending on your game)
- Tap on "Settings"
- Tap on the login method "Looking for Supercell ID" and then tap on "Reconnect"
- Follow the steps to get back to your account. Remember, you will find the requested code in your linked email.
